What are the definitions of  Precision Machined Parts ? What are the corresponding  Die Casting  and forging parts? 1. Parts, individual part that con not be split. 2. Component, the assembly of parts that perform an action.  CNC Machined Components  can be either a part or a combination of a number of parts. In this assembly, there is a part that is the main one performs the intended action, and the other parts are only attached, fastened, guided and so on. As for casting and forging, is the manufacturing methods classification of parts. Different materials and methods of manufacturing, can make parts with different mechanical properties. It is not the same concept with components.

CNC Machining  technology originated from the needs of the aviation industry. In the late 1940s, a helicopter company in the United States put forward. The initial assumption of CNC machine tools, in 1952, Massachusetts Institute of Technology developed three coordinate CNC milling machine. In the mid 50s, this CNC milling machine was used to process aircraft parts. In 60s, CNC system and programming work has become increasingly sophisticated and perfect, CNC machine tools have been used in various industrial sectors, but the aerospace industry has always been the largest user of CNC machines. Some large aircraft factories are equipped with hundreds of numerical control machine tools, mainly cutting machine tools.  Custom Machining Aerospace Component  needs CNC machining.

What Are The Requirements of Materials for Precision Machining?

Not all materials are available for  Precision Machining , some material hardness is too large and more than the processing parts of the hardness, can work breakdown, so these materials are not suitable for  Precision Machining Parts , unless it is made of special materials or laser cutting. 1.Firstly, requirements of materials hardness, on some occasions, the higher the hardness of the materials the better, only the processing parts of the hardness requirements, processing materials can not be too hard. It can not be processed if harder than parts. 2.Secondly, the material is soft and moderate, at least lower than the hardness of a grade, at the same time, depends on the role of the processing machine, make reasonable selection of parts.
