Do You Know the Plastic Injection Mould Composition?

Although the structure of the Plastic Injection Mould may be varied because of the variety and performance of plastics, shape, structure, type of injection machine, the basic structure is consistent. The plastic mold is mainly composed of pouring system, temperature regulating system, molding parts and structural parts. The gating system and molding parts are indirect contact with the plastic parts and products as plastics and change, this is the most complex and the biggest change in the mold. It require the highest accuracy and smoothness.
The Injection Mold is composed of two parts, the moving die and the fixed mould. The moving die is installed on the moving template of the injection molding machine, and the fixed die is installed on the fixed template of the injection molding machine. In the injection molding, the moving die and the fixed die are closed to form a casting system and a mold cavity. In order to reduce the heavy workload of mould design and manufacture, the standard mould bases are mostly used in injection molding.
